THE ALOHA POST

by sea light print shop

The Aloha Post is a fixed-term membership. Here's how billing, renewal, and cancellation work.

Cancellation Policy

The Aloha Post is a fixed-term membership — The Seasonal Membership (6 months) or The Year of Aloha (12 months). You may pay in full (one charge) or in equal monthly installments over your term. If you choose monthly, you authorize automatic monthly charges for the length of your term.

1.

What You're Buying

Your membership does not auto-renew — it ends automatically when your term is complete. If you'd like to continue, you choose to renew.

2.

No Auto-Renewal

3.

The Aloha Promise

If your very first Aloha Post doesn't move you to send a meaningful note, email [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your first card and we'll refund you in full.

4.

Cancellation

Because The Aloha Post is a fixed-term commitment, mid-term cancellation isn't available in your account, and monthly installments continue for the length of the term. If you have exceptional circumstances, email [email protected] and we'll do our best to help. After the first-card window, memberships are non-refundable.

5.

Managing Your Membership

You can update your shipping address and payment method anytime in your account. Questions? [email protected]
